As part of their World Around Us topic 'Space' Year 3 and Year 4 pupils participated in a fun and educational day at Armagh Planetarium on 1st March 2016. The pupils thoroughly enjoyed watching the film 'Home' in a mobile cinema followed by a visit to the Planetarium. They had the opportunity to make and watch their own rockets being launched. Furthermore they were able to touch a meteorite and learn about the life of an astronaut on the International Space Station.
