Today, we were given the challenge of making the longest paper chain that we could. It sounded easy, but there were some rules to follow. Firstly, each team was only given 7 sheets of paper, next they only had 10 minutes to complete it and they also had to make sure that each team member had a role that saw the completion of the task. Then we began! It was important to listen to one another and soon, the teams saw that perhaps they had to rework their roles to ensure that they were being as efficient as possible. It was a fast paced 10 minutes that saw excitement, drama, hope, despair and maybe even a little bit of sabotage! Overall, the longest paper chain was an impressive 3m 13cm, closely followed by 3m 10cm and finally 2m 90cm. Excellent work from everyone and there are definitely some future project managers in our midst!
