The Building Futures Programme – a partnership between WOMENS TEC, Bolster Community and Women in Business NI.
Building Futures is a two year Programme and provides a holistic, person focused approach to supporting hardest to reach women in Greater Belfast and the rural regions of Newry Mourne and Down to improve women’s confidence , self -efficacy life and work skills and will target women over 18 years old who have not sought work in the last 4 weeks and who are not available to start work in the next 2 weeks. Priority groups include those women living in rural areas, women with long term health conditions /disabilities, as well as carers.
